1. You can feel socially confident without alcohol and don't ever need alcohol to be happy
2. It looks like alcohol can relieve stress but it's truly a depressant and people who drink more alcohol are far more prone to depression and anxiety
3. Take a week off alcohol and see how powerful a substance it is by reflecting on the changes in your mind and body
4. None of us knows where the boundary between moderate drinking and alcoholism is and it's different for everyone
5. Vaccines are helpful but we can't outsource our health to a vaccine. As a toxin, alcohol isn't supporting your natural immune system
